ORÉA MAISON is a small gemstone house founded in London by Chelsea Lennox. It works globally, in natural coloured stones of documented origin and in 18k yellow gold made by hand.

My fascination with precious gemstones began with colour.
There has always been something about the extraordinary depth, character and individuality of a beautiful gemstone that has captivated me. But beyond their beauty, I became equally fascinated by their origins: their history, their journey, and the remarkable forces of nature that create something so rare.
Over the years, my passion has taken me around the world in search of exceptional gemstones. I have had the privilege of travelling to renowned gemstone regions, meeting those who have dedicated their lives to sourcing and understanding these natural treasures, and learning first-hand what makes a truly exceptional stone.
Those experiences have given me not only knowledge, but a profound appreciation for just how rare and precious these gemstones really are.
Every stone is completely unique. Its colour, character, inclusions and imperfections tell a story of millions of years beneath the earth. To me, that is where the true beauty lies: in knowing that no one else in the world will ever own quite the same gemstone.

I wanted to create a destination for people who share my appreciation for extraordinary gemstones; a place where rarity, beauty and individuality are celebrated, and where every stone is chosen with intention.
I am deeply passionate about sourcing gemstones of exceptional quality and character, and I am determined to offer pieces that feel truly special, gemstones that you will treasure, wear, collect and perhaps one day pass on.
For me, ORÉA MAISON is not simply about gemstones. It is about discovery, craftsmanship, provenance and the stories that make each stone unforgettable.

The stone first
Bought before there is a design, and chosen for colour, clarity and origin, never to fill a gap in a collection.

Everything in writing
A report from a laboratory the trade recognises, GRS, Gübelin, SSEF, AGL, GIA, Bellerophon Gemlab or GGTL, with every stone that merits one, and a firm written quotation before anything is made.

One bench
The gold is forged, set and finished by hand at one bench, in 18k yellow gold only, and hallmarked by an independent Assay Office.

The right to say no
A stone that is not good enough is not offered. A design that will not wear well is redrawn. A commission that should not happen is declined, kindly.
