By private appointment
In private, or by video with the stones under the lamp.
We work globally, and are based in London. One of us replies within a working day.
Where
By private appointment, in a place arranged with you. We do not publish an address. We work globally, so wherever you are we will come to you or meet by video.
When
By arrangement, at a time that suits you. Tell us the times that work and we will fit around them, in your time zone or ours.
What to expect
An hour, unhurried. The stones you asked about and a few we think you should see, under daylight lamps and the loupe. No obligation, and nothing to sign.
